Start with the actual locality and task
Name the setting and question before gathering links. An account from one kitchen or learning provider may illuminate a discussion without describing every local arrangement. Keep the scope of the example visible and avoid treating one experience as a national rule.
Identify the kind of source
A practitioner account, product description, provider page and official service communication can have different purposes. Record who supplies the information and what decision that organisation is responsible for. A source link is not an endorsement or a qualification claim.
Keep confirmed and open points apart
Write a short attributable statement of what the reference establishes. Record what remains unknown and which part is your interpretation. Current requirements, individual suitability and operational arrangements should not be inferred from an educational article or the name of this publication.
Ask through the responsible channel
Prepare a bounded follow-up for the organisation that can answer it. Keep private learner records, identity documents and confidential work out of an initial general enquiry. Ask which approved channel should handle supporting information if it becomes necessary.
